We’re thrilled to offer international shipping from New Zealand! Please note that all orders to the USA will incur import tariffs or duties under current regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable or reimbursed by us.

Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for our candles.
For any faults or damages to our products, please contact us at hello@flure.store with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. At Flure's discretion, we will offer you either a exchange, credit note or refund.
- In order to return goods for an exchange, credit note or a refund you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, and prior to shipping anything back to us
 - Please note that after 7 working days of receipt of goods all sales are final.
 - Returned goods must be unused and unaltered with all original tags and packaging. If you have any queries please contact us at  hello@flure.store
