Can I add to my order after purchase?

Yes! We're more than happy to add to your existing order, if it hasn't been shipped out. Please contact us ASAP at helloflure@gmail.com with your order number and we can assist you as best we can.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for our candles.

We encourage you to purchase our discovery candle set first. Experience the full range before committing to a full-sized candle.

For any faults or damages to any of your products, please contact us at helloflure@gmail.com with proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. We're more than happy to look into this for you and see what we can do.
